Patricia Rey has been in the communications and project management arenas for over 20 years. She has enjoyed her assignments as a Public Information Officer and Grant Manager for the State of California where she has spearheaded statewide child and pedestrian safety campaigns. She has been committed to bring communication parity to the underserved monolingual communities in the fields of traffic safety and environment. Patricia has served on the Board of Directors of the Latino Peace Officers Association, the British American Soccer Club and Real Sacramento F.C., and on other community boards such as the O. W. Erlewine Elementary School Site Council and the Rosemont High School Grants Committee. Coming from a country where “fútbol” is the way of living, Patricia has the passion for the game ingrained in her soul. She has two sons, Manu and Lorenzo, whom have been playing soccer competitively and recreationally since they could walk.
